Department: Logistics / Operations Location: Delhi / NCR Experience: 1–3 years Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the transportation and delivery of generators, spare parts, and other materials. Plan and monitor dispatches from warehouse to customer/site locations. Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and internal sales/operations teams.

Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transportation records. Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers. Follow up with drivers and transporters regarding delivery status.

Maintain records of vehicle details, freight charges, delivery schedules, and PODs. Handle logistics-related customer and site-team queries. Coordinate loading and unloading of heavy equipment while ensuring proper documentation.

Monitor transportation costs and assist in controlling logistics expenses. Maintain daily and monthly logistics reports. Resolve delivery delays, transportation issues, and other logistics-related problems.
