NWe're looking for a Senior Architect with a strong passion for commercial interiors and workplace design to join our growing design & build studio.

NWe're looking for someonewho is design-driven, detail-oriented and technically robust — someone who can take a concept and translate it into a thoughtful, well-resolved interior.

NTHE ROLE

nAs a Senior Architect, you will be involved in the design development of commercial interior projects from concept through execution, working closely with the design team, clients, consultants and site teams.

NYour responsibilities will include:

- Developing designconcepts and translating client requirements into strong design solutions
N
- Developing space planning, layouts and design narratives for commercial/workplace environments
N
- Preparing and coordinating detailed 2D drawings and documentation
N
- Developing plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, furniture layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings
N
- Preparing joinery, partition, ceiling, flooring and other interior detailing
N
- Translating design intent into technically viable construction details
N
- Developing material palettes, finishes and design specifications
N
- Preparing presentations, mood boards and design proposals
N
- Coordinating with MEP, structural and other consultants
N
- Reviewing shop drawingsand ensuring design intent is maintained during execution
N
- Working closely with the site team to resolve design and detailing challenges
N




- Mentoring junior architects/designers and contributing to the overall design direction of projects
N

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKINGFOR

N6+ years of relevant experience in architecture/interior design, an exposure to commercial interiors and workplace projects is appreciated but not mandatory.

- An enthusiasm fordesign

- Strong design sensibility and an ability to develop a concept from a brief
N
- Excellent 2D drafting and documentation skills
N
- Strong command of AutoCAD and understanding of architectural/interior drawing standards
N
- Good understanding of plans, elevations, sections, RCPs and construction details
N
- Ability to develop detailed drawings for execution, including joinery and interior details
N
- Strong understanding ofmaterials, finishes and construction methodology
N
- Proficiency in SketchUpand relevant 3D/presentation software
N
- Good graphic presentation and communication skills
N
- Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a project while maintaining design quality
N
- Strong attention to scale, proportion, detailing and functionality
N
