Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can identify potential customers, conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified business leads for our sales team.

Responsibilities
Identify potential customers according to the company's target audience.
Research companies, industries and key decision-makers.
Use Apollo, LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms for prospecting.
Run targeted email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools to assist with research and personalized communication.
Maintain a structured follow-up process.
Respond to prospect queries and identify interested leads.
Qualify prospects and arrange meetings with the sales team.




Maintain daily records of outreach, responses and qualified leads.
Work towards monthly lead and meeting-generation targets.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation, BDE, business development, inside sales or outbound sales.
Experience in email outreach and digital prospecting.
Knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn is an advantage.
Comfortable with WhatsApp business outreach.
Basic knowledge of AI tools.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up ability and target-oriented approach.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
