Key Responsibilities:
Planning for customer drawings of work order/tender as required by Marketing team
Preparing/checking of mechanical drawings for customers/ manufacturing
Solving the queries raised by internal and external customer.
Monitoring and troubleshooting of ongoing jobs at the shop floor at every stages of manufacturing.
Guiding vendors with respect to technical queries and helping them for developing fabrication activities.
Ensuring ISO-9001 & IMS documents are in place
Providing guidance & training to down the line
Develop and manage productivity and marking errors
