Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor coffee roasting machines as per the production plan. Follow approved roasting profiles to achieve the desired roast quality. Monitor roasting parameters such as temperature, time, airflow.

Load green coffee beans and discharge roasted coffee safely. (Silo or Manual) Perform routine machine inspections and report any abnormalities. Clean roasting equipment, destoners, cooling trays, and surrounding work areas. Record production data, batch details, and machine parameters accurately.

Coordinate with the Quality team for roast evaluation and product consistency.

Follow Valuable Manufacturing
