Compliance Executive Job Summary The Operations &
Compliance Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth business operations while maintaining adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal company policies. The role focuses on process efficiency, risk management, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow. Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation. Ensure timely execution of projects and tasks.

Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and compliance checks. Maintain documentation related to compliance activities. Update management on regulatory changes and ensure implementation. Develop and enforce internal controls and procedures.

Risk Management

Identify operational and compliance risks. Develop mitigation strategies and corrective actions.



Investigate incidents and prepare reports. Documentation &
Reporting Prepare MIS reports and compliance reports. Maintain accurate records for audits and inspections. Ensure proper filing and documentation standards. Coordination &
Communication Liaise with legal teams, auditors, and external agencies. Provide guidance to employees on compliance-related matters. Conduct training sessions on policies and procedures.

Required Skills Robust knowledge of compliance regulations and operational processes Attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Commerce, or related field 1–3 years of experience in operations/compliance (preferred) Key Competencies Integrity and ethical judgment Time management Process-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure
