Receive spare parts from suppliers and verify them against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
Check part number, description, quantity, and condition of received parts.
Identify shortages, excess quantities, wrong parts, or damaged parts and report them immediately.
Ensure proper documentation of received parts.
Ensure parts are free from visible damage before acceptance.
Follow dealership procedures for handling and storage of spare parts.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the parts area.
Assist the HR department with day-to-day administrative activities.
Support recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Prepare creative designs for showroom activities, employee engagement programs, events, and campaigns.
Assist in designing content for WhatsApp groups, social media, and other digital communication channels.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
