Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive and lead all the RCM and collection operations functions effectively with process improvements of existing processesn
- Performing operational due diligence for current prospective clientsn
- Develop the Operations strategy for the organisation, keeping in mind the business requirementsn
- Manage onshore centers for Patient collections and Insurance billingn
- Coordinate with the other department for smooth functioning of the processn
- Should have experience in project transitionn
- Should have handle entire functions of Healthcare RCM Process, AR & Denial Management (voice & Non voice)n
- Exposure on Client Relationship Management.n
- Should have experience in expanding operations and work on prospect clients, RFPs, SOP's and DOU's etc.n
- Analysis of trends affecting coding, charges, accounts receivable, and collection, and assign manageable tasks to billing teamn




- Knowledge of company policies and procedures to be able to provide the right answers to inquiries from all customers (both internal and external)n
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively relate with the public, patients, organizations, and other employeesn
- Staff development including training, coaching and competence assessmentn
- Motivate and lead high performance management teamn
