About the Role

SocioLadder Group's Fintech & Commerce Division is looking for an Operations Analyst to support client success and day-to-day operations for AgriPay Commerce — our fintech app, digital payments, and POS terminal program — alongside our Lavazza coffee systems program. This role owns the client and merchant experience from onboarding to fulfillment, handles commercial queries, and coordinates with our partners to ensure clients receive prompt, accurate, and delightful support.

Key Responsibilities
Provide client and merchant success support across the AgriPay Commerce lifecycle, from onboarding/ordering to fulfillment (payments, POS terminals, and Lavazza coffee programs)
Attend to and resolve escalations related to fulfillment, POS terminal deployment, and coffee program delivery
Handle commercial queries regarding purchase orders, invoices, payments, settlements, tax, and related commercial matters
Help clients log current orders, sign-ups, exits, and closures across AgriPay Commerce and Lavazza programs
Coordinate with logistics providers on inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, refunds, and escalations




Support vendor development activities as mandated by management
Develop and migrate common support topics and queries to an AgriPay Ops Support BOT over a period of time, to limit repetitive, low-value support interactions

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field
Hands-on experience in e-commerce, fintech/payments, or a related field
Proven ability to efficiently handle clients and deliver customer delight
Pleasant personality with effective communication skills in English and Hindi
Knowledge of East India regional languages (Assamese, Bengali, or Nepali) is an added advantage
Comfortable coordinating across clients, partners (Razorpay, Lavazza), and logistics providers in a rapid-paced environment
Based in or willing to be based in Bangalore

Compensation Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
