We are hiring Personal Bankers (PB) to drive customer acquisition and relationship management for our banking products.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current leads through open-market and field activities.
Acquire new customers and open CASA accounts.
Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Sell CASA, deposits, loans, investment and other banking products.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Handle walk-in customers and resolve customer queries.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Promote digital banking products and services.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer relationship management skills.
Lead generation and customer acquisition ability.
Robust sales and cross-selling skills.
Willingness to work in the open market/field.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in banking, financial services, sales, CASA acquisition, or customer relationship management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
