Order Executive – Job Role

Designation: Order Executive

Department: Order / Sales Coordination

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer/dealer orders accurately.
Enter and update orders in the software
Verify product specifications, quantity, price, and delivery requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
Monitor order status and follow up on pending orders.
Communicate order updates and expected completion dates to the concerned team.
Ensure orders are completed and dispatched within the committed timeline.
Maintain proper order records and documentation.
Identify order discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly order status reports.




Follow up on urgent and priority orders.
Ensure accurate data entry and minimize order-processing errors.

Key Skills:

Software knowledge
Attention to detail
Order tracking and follow-up
Basic Excel/reporting skills
Time management and multitasking
Knowledge of jewellery/diamond products is an advantage.
