Viraj Institute of Medical Science is seeking an Operation Theater Technician Faculty member to teach and train students in operation theatre technology at our Chhoti Pahari, Patna campus.

Key responsibilities
Deliver theory classes and practical demonstrations in operation theatre technology.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and practical exercises aligned with the course syllabus.
Teach surgical instrument identification, preparation, handling and sterilisation principles.
Train students in patient preparation and positioning, aseptic practices, infection prevention and operating room safety.
Explain operation theatre equipment, routine safety checks, oxygen and suction systems, and maintenance documentation.
Guide students in operation theatre procedures,



surgical team coordination and record keeping.
Conduct assessments, evaluate practical skills, provide feedback and maintain academic records.
Supervise practical sessions and promote secure handling of instruments and equipment.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree required.

Location: Agamkuan Main Road, Chhoti Pahari, Patna, Bihar.
Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month.
Weekend availability required.
