Job Summary

We are looking for an Operational Head to manage the operations of 5 QSR outlets and cloud kitchens, ensuring smooth operations, sales growth, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of 5 QSR outlets and cloud kitchens.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Control food cost, manpower cost, wastage, and inventory.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Manage and develop outlet/kitchen teams.
Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and service quality.
Track daily/weekly MIS and outlet performance.




Ensure compliance with FSSAI and company standards.
Coordinate with procurement, marketing, HR, and finance teams.

Requirements
8–12 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, or cloud kitchen operations.
Experience managing multiple outlets/locations.
Robust leadership, cost-control, and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of restaurant P&L; and operational KPIs.

Pay: ₹50,819.01 - ₹55,075.81 per month
