Role & responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
Configure Oracle HCM modules based on organizational requirements.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices.
Manage HCM data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Configure approval workflows, security roles, and user access controls.
Support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
Create reports, dashboards, and BI Publisher/OTBI reports.
Perform SIT, UAT, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution.
Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
