Operations Executive (NBFC)

Location: Head Office, Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Branch Operations is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day branch operational activities.

Ensure smooth and effective execution of operational processes.

Coordinate with internal teams and branches for operational requirements.

Maintain and verify operational records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Handle operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Smart, qualified,



and responsible approach to work.

Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
