AAALAY is looking for a solid Operations Head to lead and scale operations across our student housing portfolio.We’re looking for someone who can build a high-performing operations engine—not just manage properties.

Key responsibilities-

Own operational performance, service quality & resident experience Drive occupancy readiness and property-level productivity Improve cost efficiency and operational controls Lead and develop large, multi-property teams Build SOPs, governance & performance dashboards Drive technology-led process improvement and automation Partner with Sales, Finance, HR & Leadership to deliver business outcomes What we’re looking for-A hands-on, data-driven operations leader with solid experience in student housing, hospitality, co-living, hotels, facilities or large-scale service operations.

Location- Pune

Experience-10+ years preferred

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
