Sonalika Social Development Society (SSDS), Sonalika Group, is hiring an Experienced Nursing Professional for its wellness operations in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. This role combines nursing support with wellness-related responsibilities and requires flexibility for official travel.
Key responsibilities
Provide nursing support and appropriate care within the role’s authorised scope.
Support wellness activities, programmes, camps and organisational tours.
Maintain professional standards of care, hygiene, documentation and confidentiality.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
Travel within India and internationally based on organisational requirements.
Eligibility
GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Nursing or another recognised nursing qualification.
Approximately 2–3 years of relevant nursing experience.
Active nursing-council registration.
Valid Indian passport.
Willingness to work from Hoshiarpur and undertake domestic and international travel.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, adaptable and comfortable working in a wellness-focused setting.
Compensation and development
Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and suitability.
TA/DA will be provided for official travel as applicable.
Candidates interested in broadening their wellness capabilities may be offered skilled training in massage & therapies. Prior experience is not required.
