Supervise and coordinate home-care nursing staff and their daily assignments.
Assess patients’ nursing needs and ensure appropriate care plans are followed.
Monitor the quality, safety, and continuity of patient care at home.
Conduct regular home visits and evaluate patient progress and nursing services.
Guide, train, and support nurses and caregivers in clinical procedures.
Ensure proper medication administration, documentation, and reporting.
Communicate with doctors, patients, and family members regarding patient care.
Handle emergencies and arrange timely medical intervention when required.
Maintain nursing records, duty rosters, incident reports, and other documentation.
Ensure compliance with infection-control practices, organizational policies, and skilled standards.
