Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of training programs across different campuses.
Represent Reducate.ai at partner/institutional campuses and coordinate with campus teams.
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and academic programs.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course content, learner enrolment, attendance, progress, and reports.
Coordinate with trainers, faculty, students, and institutional stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
Monitor training schedules, logistics, attendance, and overall program execution.
Identify operational issues and resolve them promptly to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain regular reports and documentation related to training and LMS operations.
Travel to different campuses as required for training and operational requirements.
Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes.
