Roles & Responsibilities
Create, manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and YouTube/Google Ads.
Monitor daily performance including CAC, ROAS, CPS, CTR and conversions.
Test current creatives, audiences, hooks and campaign structures.
Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams for ad requirements.
Track winning and underperforming campaigns and take necessary actions.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive spending.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports with key insights.
Stay updated on platform changes, competitor ads and performance marketing trends.
Key Skills Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube Ads, campaign optimization, reporting and performance analysis.
