Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Head – Professional Lighting to lead the product portfolio, drive product strategy, and manage a high-performing team. The candidate should have robust experience in the skilled lighting industry and a proven track record in product management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for professional lighting.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, positioning, launches, and portfolio management.
Lead, mentor, and manage the product team, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and new product opportunities.
Work closely with R&D;, design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams for successful product development and launches.
Drive product revenue, profitability, market share,



and overall portfolio growth.
Develop product specifications and ensure products meet market and customer requirements.
Build relationships with architects, lighting designers, consultants, contractors, and key customers.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, technology, and market positioning.
Support the sales team with product training, technical presentations, product launches, and customer engagements.

Candidate Profile
10 years of experience in the lighting industry, preferably in qualified/architectural/commercial lighting.
Strong experience in product management and product strategy.
Proven team-handling and leadership experience.
Strong understanding of lighting technologies, applications, products, and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects from concept to market.
