Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Operations Team Lead to lead a team of 4–5 members and oversee day-to-day team operations while driving customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage team performance and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 4–5 members.
Drive customer acquisition activities and support the team in achieving targets.
Allocate tasks and monitor daily team activities.
Track individual and team performance.
Guide, motivate, and support team members.
Ensure smooth coordination and execution of daily operations.
Identify operational challenges and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Communicate regularly with team members and management.




Take ownership of overall team performance and operational outcomes.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to motivate and guide team members.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
Experience in operations, customer acquisition, sales, or team management will be an advantage.
