NKey responsibilities

- Lead projects from concept development to final execution

- Prepare mood boards, layouts, space planning, and detailed design presentations
N
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and execution teams
N
- Develop detailed drawings, material selections, and design specifications
N
- Conduct site visits andensure execution aligns with design intent
N
- Manage timelines, client coordination, and project deliverables
N
- Ensure high standards of aesthetics, detailing, and luxury finishes
N

nRequirement

- 5 to 13 years of experience in luxury interiors
N
- Strong understanding ofmaterials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and styling
N
- Experience in handling turnkey or high-end residential/hospitality projects
N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Photoshop, and related design software
N
- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
