NWhat You'll Do

- Lead interior design projects from concept development through site handover.

- Prepare concept presentations, space planning, material palettes, detailed drawings, and BOQs.
N
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
N
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design solutions with confidence.
N
- Review drawings and maintain high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
N
- Visit project sites regularly to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related challenges.
N
- Mentor junior designersand contribute to the growth of the design team.
N

nWhat We're LookingFor

N

n
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
N




- Proven experience delivering multiple projects independently from concept to final handover.
N
- Robust client management and presentation skills.
N
- Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution.
N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or other visualization tools is an advantage.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
