Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The role will be responsible for driving workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture across plant operations.

NKey Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.

- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the plant.
N
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, recommend corrective and preventive actions.
N
- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry and LOTO activities.
N
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
N
- Ensure availability andproper usage of PPE across all operational areas.
N




- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety initiatives.
N
- Maintain safety records, compliance documentation, and monthly safety reports.
N
- Track and close safety observations and audit findings in a timely manner.
N

nPreferred Candidate Profile

N

n
- 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
N
- Strong knowledge of Factory Act compliance, occupational health & safety regulations, and EHS practices.
N
- Hands-on experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and risk assessment.
N
- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills.
N
- Ability to engage with employees and contractors to drive a positive safety culture.
