About the Role

Plus People is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns from setup to scaling.
Build and optimize landing pages for lead generation and sales.
Improve ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates through regular optimization.
Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
Manage campaign budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
Research audiences, competitors,



and market trends.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for ad creatives.
Use AI tools for campaign planning, audience research, copywriting, and optimization.

Requirements
4–5 years of relevant performance marketing experience.
Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of LinkedIn Ads.
Experience with landing page platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Elementor, or Webflow.
Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CRO, and marketing funnels.
Robust analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns or client accounts.

Pay: ₹40,092.28 - ₹72,627.99 per month
