Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our construction firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in tele-calling, with the ability to engage potential clients and support the sales team in lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls to potential customers
Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and follow-ups
Explain project details, offerings, and services to prospective clients
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and promotions

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Good interpersonal skills and customer handling




Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tele-calling, or customer engagement
Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
