Project Coordinator – Sales & Operations

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience to support and drive cross-functional Sales & Operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

● Coordinate projects across Sales, Operations, and other teams.

● Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.

● Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth project execution.

● Prepare MIS, reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel & Google Sheets.

● Support process improvement, automation, and current business initiatives.

● Explore and use AI tools to improve productivity and execution.

● Identify risks, gaps, and delays and proactively drive resolution.

● Maintain project documentation, SOPs,



and status updates.

What We’re Looking For

● 1–3 years of experience in Project Coordination, Operations, Program Management, or similar roles.

● Robust Excel & Google Sheets skills.

● Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

● Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset.

● Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.

● Exposure to AI tools, automation, and process improvement is a plus.

● Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a quick-paced setting.
