Physician

Assistant / Bachelor of Physician Assistant Studies

or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Relevant clinical experience in a hospital / multispeciality hospital is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Assist consultants and physicians in the assessment and management of patients in OPD, IPD, emergency and other assigned clinical areas.
Take and document patient history, vital signs, clinical observations and relevant medical information accurately.
Assist in clinical examinations, procedures and minor interventions as directed by the treating physician.
Monitor patients' clinical condition and promptly report changes in patient status, abnormal findings or emergencies to the concerned consultant.
Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and other clinical departments for timely patient care.
Assist physicians in reviewing laboratory reports, diagnostic investigations and medical records.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress notes, treatment records and discharge-related documentation as required.




Assist in preparing patients for procedures and ensure appropriate pre-procedure and post-procedure care under physician supervision.
Support consultants during rounds and patient follow-up, ensuring that instructions are communicated and implemented appropriately.
Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, investigations, follow-up instructions and care requirements as advised by the treating physician.
Ensure compliance with KMCH clinical protocols, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards and statutory requirements.
Maintain skilled communication with patients, attendants and hospital staff and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records at all times.
Perform other clinical and administrative responsibilities assigned by the Consultant / HOD / Clinical Administration.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
