Shree Hanumant Bath Villa, Phagwara is looking for a smart, confident and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers and front-office responsibilities professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, enquiries and customer communications.
Manage front-desk activities and maintain visitor records.
Provide information about products, services and company facilities.
Coordinate with different departments for customer requirements.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Perform other front-office duties as assigned.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
