Role & responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day rubber manufacturing and production activities.
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and process parameters are maintained.
Monitor mixing, molding, extrusion, curing, finishing, and related manufacturing processes as applicable.
Conduct basic inspection of raw materials and finished products.
Identify production defects and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams for corrective action.
Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports.
Support preventive maintenance and report machine abnormalities to the Maintenance team.
Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace discipline.
Minimize material wastage, production downtime, and rejection.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the production area.

Preferred candidate profile Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, Rubber Technology, Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & relevant branches.
