Role: Placement Manager

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Placement Manager to build relationships with companies and create placement opportunities for our learners.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with IT companies, recruiters and hiring teams .
Identify and generate placement and internship opportunities.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives and the complete placement process.
Develop long-term corporate hiring partnerships.




Work closely with learners and internal teams to ensure suitable job-role alignment.
Maintain placement records and track hiring outcomes.

What We're Looking For
Robust English communication skills are essential .
Excellent networking, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to connect with companies and generate hiring opportunities.
Valuable understanding of the IT industry and technology roles .
Proactive, organized and robust in follow-ups.
Experience in placements, recruitment, EdTech or IT training will be an advantage.
