Role & responsibilities
Production Management & Planning
Execute Production Plans: Review daily targets and allocate manpower and machinery accordingly to achieve maximum output.
Material Management: Ensure availability of raw and packing materials at workstations prior to shift commencement.
Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor production parameters, speeds, and temperatures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted workflow.
Shift Handover: Conduct thorough shift handovers, communicating equipment status, production metrics, and pending issues to the incoming Shift Incharge.
Preferred candidate profile Robust leadership, problem-solving under pressure, excellent time management, and proficiency with ERP systems or MS Office
