8–15 years managing journals and books publishing production workflows successfully.
Robust expertise in scholarly publishing, XML workflows, typesetting, and quality assurance.
Proven leadership managing production teams, client relationships, and delivery schedules effectively.
Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills under deadlines.
Experience with publishing technologies, workflow automation and process improvements.
