You will be responsible for defining product direction, prioritizing customer value, and maintaining a transparent and actionable backlog, while creating the conditions for the team to deliver sustainably with strong ownership and quality. You will work closely with customers, developers, architects, the Line Manager, Engineering Manager, and other stakeholders to connect business needs with technical capabilities. You will facilitate effective planning and collaboration, manage dependencies and impediments, and coach the team in Agile, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps ways of working. In this role,



you will balance product decision-making with neutral facilitation. You will make priorities and trade-offs transparent, support the team in making effective decisions, and enable continuous improvement without directing technical solutions.
