nWe are looking for an IT Engineer to manage IT systems, user accounts, technical support, backup/recovery, and basic infrastructure.
nResponsibilities

- Provide desktop and IT technical support to users.n
- Manage systems, user accounts, access, and IT assets.n
- Perform backup and recovery activities.n
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.n
- Support basic networking and infrastructure requirements.n
- Assist with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments.n
- Maintain IT documentation and coordinate with vendors when required.n

nQualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc./MCA in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Experience as a Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer / IT Engineer.n
- Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.n
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.n
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.n
- Good written and verbal communication.n
