- Engage fresh leads and walk-in clients for new launch residential projectsn
- Understand client requirements and match them to the right projectn
- Conduct site visits and project presentationsn
- Negotiate and close bookings; assist clients through documentationn
- Maintain your pipeline in CRM and hit monthly booking targetsn

nWhat we need:

- n
- 1–3 years experience (real estate, telecalling, retail, banking, insurance, or any sales — or a fresher who can talk)n
- Fluent communication in English + Hindi/Marathin
- Two-wheeler and laptop are a mustn
- Target-driven attitude; comfortable with field work and weekend client visits.n
