Civil Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

Rosea Landscape Private Limited is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to manage and coordinate landscape execution works at project sites in and around Bengaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising day-to-day landscape and civil works at site.
Planning daily activities and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications and schedule.
Coordinating with contractors, labour teams, vendors and suppliers.
Executing hardscape works such as paving, kerbs, retaining walls, masonry, concrete works, drains, planters and other landscape structures.
Coordinating softscape, irrigation and other landscape-related activities with respective teams.
Checking measurements and quantities of completed work.
Preparing material requirements and coordinating material availability at site.
Monitoring labour productivity, quality and wastage.
Maintaining daily site progress records and reporting to the Project Manager.
Coordinating with architects,



consultants and client representatives during execution.
Ensuring proper workmanship, site safety and housekeeping.
Identifying site issues and resolving them in coordination with the project team.
Assisting with measurements, BOQ verification and contractor/vendor bills when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in site execution or construction projects.
Landscape, villa, residential, commercial or external development experience will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of civil construction drawings and site measurements.
Ability to independently handle labour and contractors.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and quantity calculations preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites in Bengaluru and other locations when required.
