We are seeking a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity take-offs, billing, and project coordination activities. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost management and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
Support cost estimation and budgeting
Prepare and verify contractor bills and client invoices
Maintain project cost records and documentation
Coordinate with site teams for measurement and progress tracking
Assist in tendering and vendor comparison

Required Qualifications:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs and BOQ
Valuable proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to read construction drawings
Solid attention to detail
Valuable communication skills

Preferred Skills:
Basic AutoCAD knowledge
Internship or experience in estimation/billing
Understanding of construction materials and site processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
