Project Manager – Architectural Glazing & Aluminium Systems

Reports to: Managing Director / CEO

Job Purpose:

To ensure seamless execution of projects by managing planning, procurement, fabrication, installation, quality, safety, client coordination, and project handover while maintaining KLARON's premium standards.

Key Responsibilities
Study drawings, BOQ, and project specifications
Prepare execution schedules
Allocate manpower and resources
Conduct pre-installation site inspections
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
Attend weekly progress meetings
Resolve technical issues promptly
Supervise fabrication and installation
Ensure work follows approved drawings
Monitor quality at every stage
Implement QC checklists
Ensure dimensional accuracy
Verify alignment, finishes, and functionality
Minimize snag lists and rework
Maintain DPRs, material reconciliation, site measurement records, and handover documents
