What will you do: The HSE site leads role therefor requires developing an overall HSE strategy for the site and at the same time lead and provide expertise in the HSE function,



managing key KPIs and deliverables at an internal manufacturing site to foster world-class performance and a solid safety culture.

This role involves developing systems and skills for implementing HSE strategies, ensuring a secure, secure, and healthy work workplace within the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to Mondelez's global HSE management systems through the creation and execution of strategic initiatives, plans, and gap assessments.
