Job Title: Plant Supervisor

Location: Raipura Jat, Agra

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily plant and production activities.
Manage and allocate work to plant workers and operators.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of work.
Ensure proper handling, processing, packing, and storage of seeds.
Maintain production records, stock records, and daily reports.
Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards within the plant.
Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.




Report daily production and operational updates to the management.

Requirements
Graduate/Diploma in Agriculture, Mechanical, Production, or a related field preferred.
0–5 years of experience in plant supervision, preferably in the seed/agriculture industry.
Positive knowledge of production and plant operations.
Ability to manage manpower and work efficiently under deadlines.
Basic computer knowledge and good record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in a plant/production setting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
