Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to ensure vehicles and automotive components are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and allocate manpower across production lines.
Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved as planned.
Monitor assembly, fabrication, machining, welding, painting, or other assigned manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Monitor production output, productivity, downtime, rejection, rework, and line efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and coordinate corrective actions to minimize production losses.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
Conduct shift-start meetings and communicate production plans and priorities to operators.




Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, tools, materials, and equipment.
Investigate quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, downtime reports, and other documentation.
Train and guide operators on processes, safety, quality, and productivity improvement.
Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards are maintained.
Escalate major production, quality, safety, or equipment issues to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable automotive manufacturing standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
