Position: Purchase Executive

Industry: Manufacturing / Sheet Metal Industry

Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab

Qualification
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Robust technical understanding of manufacturing and purchase processes

Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement
Experience in the Sheet Metal Industry will be preferred
Candidates with a robust technical background will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities
Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers/vendors
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery
Compare quotations and maintain proper purchase records
Coordinate with Stores,



Production, PPC & Accounts
Monitor material requirements and inventory levels
Ensure zero delay in material availability
Develop and maintain reliable suppliers
Handle Supplier Development activities
Follow up regularly with suppliers for timely deliveries
Understand technical specifications, drawings and material requirements

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
