Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and material sourcing for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for construction projects.
Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers, and contractors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
Procure construction materials, equipment, tools, consumables, and project requirements.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements and schedules.
Compare quotations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and recommend the best commercial options.
Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, material quality,



and supplier performance.
Coordinate with Projects, Stores, Finance, and other departments for procurement requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement within approved budgets.
Maintain proper documentation, purchase records, and MIS reports.

Candidate Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Robust preference for candidates from Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure companies.
Good knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market rates.
Solid negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Experience in handling multiple project procurement requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
Ability to work independently and manage procurement within strict timelines.
Candidates willing to work in Shimla are preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
