We are looking for a responsible and proactive Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities, supervise shop-floor operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.
Allocate work to operators and monitor manpower utilization.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor machine operations, production processes, and workflow.
Maintain proper production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Ensure products are manufactured according to quality specifications.
Monitor material availability and reduce material and process wastage.
Ensure adherence to company safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain discipline and productivity among production workers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Conduct shift handover and communicate production status/issues to the concerned team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
