Assign tasks & duties to production staff to ensure effective production operations.
Prepare & submit regular reports to management on production performance, quality & other key metrics.
Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Prepare & present KPI’s to higher authorities.
Determine & track KPI’s.
Provide reports for upper management.
Adhere to laws, norms, rules & regulation, terms & conditions.
