We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining refrigeration systems, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and air quality to prevent spoilage and contamination.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed.
Troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Job Requirements




Proven experience as a Refrigeration Operator or similar role.
Solid understanding of refrigeration principles, including thermodynamics, mechanics, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Positive communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures related to hazardous equipment operation.
