Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of skilled experience in Python development.
Robust hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Deep understanding of Django ORM internals and query optimization.
Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Strong expertise in database indexing, normalization, query execution plans, and performance tuning.
Experience with caching solutions such as Redis or Memcached.
Familiarity with asynchronous processing and background task systems.
Solid understanding of scalable backend architecture and software design patterns.
