Experience: 1 to 3 years as FMCG/personal-care/oral-care/beauty promoter in contemporary trade
Preferred store experience: Reliance Smart/Smart Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart, DMart or similar supermarket/hypermarket
Language: Positive conversational Hindi; basic English
Personality: Presentable, energetic, smiling, confident and comfortable approaching shoppers rather than waiting for them
Core job: Approach relevant customers, introduce RestoSmile in 10 to 15 seconds, explain 3-in-1 sensitivity prevention, visible whitening and enamel care, offer/encourage trial where permitted, and ask for the purchase
Critical requirement: Must have actual selling ability. Previous promoter experience alone is insufficient.
Daily reporting: Footfall approached meaningful conversations samples/trials units sold conversion %
My preferred candidate is actually someone who has sold toothpaste, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, health/wellness or another demonstrable FMCG product inside a supermarket. She already understands how to stop a customer politely, explain a benefit quickly and ask for the sale.
Working: Full store shift, six days/week, same outlet
